The kind of wages you can in heavy equipment careers vary. You can earn anywhere from $15 an hour and more, depending on what your skill level is and the location you are in. For entry level positions, you may start out with around $15 an hour. If you’re already experienced and have a broad level of skills and experience, you could be able to earn as much as $20 to $30 an hour.
